I say it the same way the site does, "sih-BILL-uh."
Have you ever seen the Australian movie, "My Brillian Career?" The main character is named Sibylla. They pronounce it the same way as the site, "sih-BILL-uh."
Watch the movie. "sih-BILL-uh" may grow on you. And if not, you'll still get to see one of my favorite movies of all time. (Judy Davis is so under-employed as an actress.)
