I think it is a cute name and not used (that I know of) where I live. I have only seen the name used in video games. Never seen it on a person where I live.
It doesn't make me think of urine. No more than Peter does. Or any other name with a Pee sound.
I probably wouldn't use it, because I don't like short names so much. But it is still a good name.
