I have seen Ysbail being listed as the Welsh form of Isabel but am not sure how accurate the sites are as other sites give it a completely different origin

according to several sites Ysbail means 'spoilt' so is probably not what you are looking for sorry

i've seen ysbail's meaning as "consecrated to god", not spoilt.
