I think it's actually kind of cute. It firstly reminds me of the Vespa scooters, then the A.A. Milne poem 'Vespers' 'Hush! Hush! Whisper who dares! Christopher Robin is saying his prayers.', which is a great association - it sounds innocent and soft and reminds me of the word 'whisper'. I don't think I'd use it myself, but I do like it.
