To me, Sabella looks like a pet form or nickname of Isabella. I keep wanting to add an 'I' to it. So, it doesn't really look like a complete or formal name to me. I think Sybella is a little better, but even without seeing the name, I still would probably think the speaker was saying Isabella (ditto with Sabella).
