Oops, looks like I posted on the older post below (didn't see this one). It looks like I was thinking along the same lines as you, but I'll repost my old post below just in case any of it will be helpful.
In response to your current question, I guess I would throw out Marsha, Jamie & Davinia. Sorry if someone has already suggested these!

Beyond that, I would suggest rearranging your prospective girls' names. See if he feels as strongly about 2 mn's on girls, and if he doesn't, consider things like Jocelyn Jamie Violet (for James) or Jocelyn Roberta, if he won't cave on the 2 mn thing.
Also, do most (or any) of the men you're honoring share a common last name? If they do, consider using that as a middle name to honor more than one of them with one name.
I admire your dedication to honoring your loved-ones, yet keeping your child's name as individual as you want it to be. Lots of luck!"
