I've never met a Karensa, but this is definitely my favorite spelling. All the others look off to me (even as someone who's not entirely familiar with the name).
I really like it though! Give it time and I think it might end up on my PNL.

There's An archaelogist who sometimes comes on British TV with this name - she's fairly young, a long-haired blonde. I think she spells it with a C and a z as Carenza (not sure, and don't know her last name, but you could google!)
The z instead of the s is my preferred spelling, and z names are considered "cool" just now.
