Conall (CON-ull) -nms, too surname-y to me.
Desmond -well, this is the name of a child I have in one of my script. He's about 12, lives in the "American ghetto", and get's killed in a drive-by shooting. Desi for short. I like the nn, but not Desmond. Too close to Diamond.
Urs ...well, I'd pronounce it as it looks. Nmsaa though. Ur was a place in Iraq (?) a long time ago so that's all I think about.
