Agatha sounds like an elderly cranky lady. But this may be b/c in Swedish,
Agatha rhymes with "ragata", which means "termagant".
I prefer
Agnes, a name which is rather popular in Sweden.
"You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed." (
Edith Södergran 1891-1923)
