the former CEO of Ford Motor Co., a Lebanese-Australian bloke by the name of Jacques Nasser, who was always going on about what a hard time "Nitzer" gives car companies about safety standards. "Nitzer" in this case is the National Transportation Safety Administration, or NTSA.
Bizarre and oblique reference, I fully realize, but that's what I hear in my head when I look at Nitza.
