Iban is an old form of the name John in Spanish, Santiban looks like "Saint John".
Sarles looks French but I can't find confirmation of that. Maybe it just reminds me of the French place name Arles.
There are some English names like this; Sarle, Sarel, etc., from an old Norman name (male), Sarle, which traces back to Old Scandinavian. The meaning is said to be something like "armour".
