of yours I like Bianca, but Theo is too nicknamey. Theodore would be nice or Bianca and Jacob perhaps.

As for my twins, I would just name them my favorite names for a boy and girl at the time of their birth. I don't believe in trying to create names that 'go' together.
So my top picks would be:

Eleanor Scholastica & Linus John Paul ; Nora and Linus
Marguerite Renata & Isaac Ariel ; Marta/Maisie/Rita and Ike
Bianca Seraphine & Ezra Laurence ; Bianca and Ezra
Luciana Marion & Ezekiel Dov ; Lucy and Zeke
Celia Rosemarie & Victor Ignatius ; Celie/Celia/Cecile & Tori
