I personally have never liked the name. I can't help but think "flea" when I hear it. Maybe that's just me. I prefer the name Felicity.
I picture a Felicia as a well-to-do middle-aged woman with power.
"Sookie: What kind of name is 'Igby'?
Igby: The kind of name that someone named 'Sookie' is in no position to question."
