I know of a girl (my sister's friend's daughter) who is probably in her teens now named Allegra. I haven't seen her in years though, and she was named before the allergy medicine came out so I"m not sure if she gets comments/teased about it at all.

It's a pretty name, but I can't shake the medicine association. It's not a bad one, but it's not a great one either.
