If it's spelled Annalise, I say AN-a-leece. If it's Anneliese, I tend to say it the German way, ANN-uh-lEEZ-uh.
I think Annalisa is the prettiest form, but it's a lovely name :-)
I dislike Makailey though, because it seems made-up.
