If you are concerned about trendiness, in terms of being popular at a specific time in living memory and "dating" a person, I think you should worry as much about Grace and Sophia, as about Chloe. All of them are moderately trendy to me, but not bad. The most trendy on your list imo are Elle, Sydney, and Addison. Your taste is nice; I think all the names you have picked out are nice, except Elle which seems too plain, and Addison, which is just awful to me. It's not just fashionable -- it's faddish, and in my opinion, doomed to rapid obscurity.
Charlotte and Claudia are the least trendy on your list, imo, as well as being my particular favorites. Those are the ones I'd use for twins. Charlotte and Chloe would be lovely also.
