I like the name Teresa (with that spelling). I don't like planning nicknames, but I know a Teresa (19-years-old) who goes by Tess, Tessa, and Tessie. I like Teresa Jane and Teresa Catherine.
I don't care for Judy. I know one person named Judith (called Judy), and she is in her 50s. Since it's a family names, I'd say use it as the middle name.
