Lissy Kate is very sweet :-)
My family never used "missy" that way but my stepmother does to her daughter so perhaps that's why I dislike it (I don't get along with her at all).
I'm hoping to one day name my first daughter Jean, after my grandmother, and I have a constantly rotating set of "frilly" middle names to go with it (Elisabeth, Isobel, Cecily and Meredith being the usual ones). I think Jean Melissa might have to be added to the list!
