There are some people who have no completed the first round. I'll list that and anything else you are missing from the first round under your congrats. I'll also list your scores under that. Remember that you will be scored out of ten points in each of the following categories.

Round #2:
Last round you celebrated the birth of your child(ren). You named them, and talked about your family. You also got a pet. This round takes place about two years after Round #1.

January 2003 - Leif and I have been married two whole weeks and it's been magical! We've been busy this past week moving into our very own house :) It's a 3bdrm/3bth. It's all white, inside and out. All our decor/furniture is black and silver and I LOVE it! Such a sleek, refined look I think. I also have alot of rose-related things around the house. I'm so lucky Leif isn't into what the house looks like - as long as I'm happy, he's happy :) We love our jobs - we're so happy we could get good ones here (Virginia Beach). I'm working as a adoption counselor with the potential adoptive parents at a local agency and have GREAT hours and AWESOME coworkers! Leif got on at Sentara Bayside. He loves it and he gets to work decent hours :) We ALSO just got a gorgeous little girl, a calico kitten named Anastasia! She's 8 weeks old and has the BEST personality! She gets into alot of trouble, but luckily she's cute enough to get out of it ;)

November 2004 - We're parents! I can't believe it! I'm a MOTHER! Gabriel is the sweetest, most angelic thing I've ever set my eyes on. Ariella is thrilled to announce she is a big sister, to not one baby brother, but two! That's right...John and I were happy to welcome twin boys into the world on October 2nd. Travis Michael was born at 3:45 PM, weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces; 20 inches long. He was joined by his brother, Trevor Mason, at 4:08 PM, weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces; 20 1/4 inches long. Both boys have black hair and brown eyes, though we're not entirely sure of where their black hair came from, since neither John or I have black hair :-) As for their names...John wanted initials that match, and though I'm not typically keen on the idea, I decided to go for it, as long as they were names that I liked. I've always liked the name Trevor, and he suggested Travis. We thought Michael and Mason just went nicely with them.
Needless to say though, both Trav and Trev are a welcome addition to our family, and Ariella is so excited to be a big sister. She was a little disappointed in the beginning, since both babies were boys, but she quickly became accustomed to the idea and has taken wonderfully to them. Ariella is now two years old and is still the sweet little girl she's always been. She loves to play with her baby dolls and her Care Bears (her newly found favorite toys). She can sit for hours and watch Care Bear movie after Care Bear movie, but we don't mind. She's an easy-going little girl who loves to give hugs and kisses, especially to the babies.
And our house is soon going to have two more people living in it. No...we're not expecting another baby! John's parents have decided to move closer to us, and while they're looking for the perfect home, they're going to be staying with us. The arrangement is wonderful. Ariella loves being with Grandma and Grandpa, and they'll be a big help with the twins, so we're glad to have them nearby.

Two years on from the birth of Jaret sees a heavily pregnant Rosa entertaining long-term house guests Louie and Axel while Angus keeps himself locked in the box-room, obsessively breeding lizards so that they have enough money for the new baby.
Louie is Rosa's youngest brother, and, at just fifteen, is also the father to three-month-old Axel. Louie turned up, Axel in tow, on the couple's doorstep as Rosa was hitting the six-month mark. Apparently, his post-natal depressive 13-year-old girlfriend had foisted baby Axel on Louie a few weeks after his birth. Rosa's parents hadn't been too pleased (they probably didn't want another child sleeping the wine cellar), and so Louie used the last of his money to take a boat to England. Rosa and Angus weren't very pleased either, but felt they couldn't turn the poor boy away, so Louie and Axel are now housed up in what was going to be the nursery. Both sporting a almost skinhead cut (Louie through choice, Axel through necessity) and pale blue eyes, father and son are the spitting image of each other.
Three months after the pair move in, Rosa goes into labour. Thankfully, delivery is far more speedy that Jaret's, and Tai Milla is born after three hours of grunting. She's a healthy 7lbs 8oz, and is a mini-Lara Croft with reddish-brown hair and dark brown eyes. Because Louie and Axel are in the nursery, Tai has to sleep in a cot in her parent's bedroom. This had made two-year-old Jaret extremely jealous, and has been caught trying to coax Rameses into eating her on no less than three occasions.
While Rosa was in hospital recovering, Louie brought home a small black kitten he found hiding in a KFC bucket down by the dustbins. He called her Raja, and hid her from Rosa (who dislikes cats intently) at first, but Rosa finally came across Raja sniffing about it the kitchen. She freaked, but Louie managed to convince her to let him keep little Raja. Now she lives in Louie's room, and is only allowed out while Rosa is at work.

Wow, how life has passed so quickly since I last reported. The twins are 2 now and as energetic as ever. They're complete joys to have around. Emma has her dark brown hair and stunning blue eyes, just like her mom's. She's the more reserved twin, although Ava can convince her to get into lots of trouble ;). Ava has dirty brown hair and the same blue eyes. She is very outspoken and she is not afraid to do anything. Most of the time, they are angels and keep us completely entertained. Most importantly, I am reporting on the birth of our new baby! Trey Malachi Sloan was born at 8 lbs 9 oz and 18.2 inches long. He has my chesnut brown hair and stunning amethyst eyes. Mark's mother, Adella, has moved in to help us with the twins and Trey, she is a lifesaver. Mark has also rescued another one of his strays, so we are now the proud owner of 2 labs, Duke and Hope. It has been a lively two years with Levi in the house. He and Caspian have kept us hopping. Wil is still playing amateur ice hockey, but during the summer he runs a small business mowing lawns, doing landscaping, and odd home repair jobs for people in the area. I am busy being a mommy to Levi and our newest addition!
Tanith Marina, or Tana, was born last weekend. She is a very healthy baby, and already growing like a weed. She was over 10 lbs. at birth and longer than 21 inches. Now she's about thirteen pounds and at least 24 inches long. Levi likes to play with Tana. He seems to fit naturally into the role of big brother.
Wil's older brother Luke (who is 28) has been living with us for a few months now. At first it was temporary, but now it seems that Luke is staying for good. Not that I'm complaining or anything! Luke is very helpful with the kids and knowledgeable about almost everything. Originally, Luke was staying with us because of a fire in his apartment. He decided to sell the apartment and find a new place. Luke's apartment sold faster than he thought, so he stayed with us a little longer. Wil and I are planning on formally inviting him to live with us tomorrow. You may recall that our house has only three bedrooms; however, Wil and some buddies put up an addition last summer. The addition has two small bedrooms and a powder room. Luke's been staying in one of the little bedrooms. He seems to like it here and he helps out a lot. Also, Luke is a legal assistant. He helps attorneys or judges in the courtroom and kind of functions like a paralegal. Luke loves his job (plus he pays us rent!).

It seems like so long ago we were only a family of three. Of course, those times were wonderful, but we knew that we had wanted more children as soon as Adria was born into our lives! Adria is now two years old, and so amazing. She has made Reed and I's lives so much brighter!
Adria still has her amazingly firey hair, and her stunning blue eyes are huge. She has the cutest personality now, she loves to run and play, she adores her dress up clothes, and is so so sweet. She loves to talk to anyone, and she makes friends easily. If she starts talking to someone and figures she likes him or her, she will grab the person's hand, and lead them over to play with her! Adria is also going to school now. She only goes two days a week, but she likes it so much. She has the most fun at the "experiment table", where the staff put a "mystery" something into the bucket of the table, like jello or legos, and then the kids play with it. Adria is also enjoying having Grandma around to play with her!
Reed's mother Margaret has moved in with us for a while. She and Alistair are planning to move closer to here, from Colorado, to be able to see their grandchildren more often. While they're working on the move, we said the Nana Margaret would be welcome to live here.

Caspian and I were so suprised with our new son! he was very long, and we think he will be tall! Right now he is getting along good, he doesn't cry alot and is pretty good about sleeping all night.
We got the next suprise of our lives when a distant reletive called us and said she would like to come live with us! Apperently she is Caspian's sister's niece's third cousin, twice removed. She is only twelve, and said that we were her closest realations! So now we have taken her in. She has long blonde hair and icy, blue eyes. Her name is Winter Eowyn. We are now in the process of legally adopting her!
We went to the animal shelter the other day and the most adorable pug puppy was there. She had the cutest little eyes that just seemed to say "adopt me please!" We were so touched that we adopted her right away. We have named her Marbles

We are experiencing some fun but hectic times! First of, we just had another child! A beautiful baby girl we named Theresa. She cries a lot, but when she doesn't she's totally adorable. Besides her, we have two more additions to the family. The first is Gregory, Brad's 14 year old nephew. Gregory's mother, who is divorced from Greg's father and who formerly had custody of Greg, was involed in a car-accident and she is now in a coma at the hospital. As long as she is unable to take care of her son, he will be living with us! We hope he feels as welcome here as possible and that everything works out okay for him and his mother.
Last, but not least, we "adopted" another pet. A dog this time, that was rescued from her former owner who mistreated her terribly. She is still very frightened of people, but is slowly beginning to trust our family. We hope that one day she will be a happy dog again!

A lot has happened in the past two years!
We have renovated our farm house in Brittany, France. From the outside, it still looks like the house I grew up in, but the inside is a lot more modern.
I started working as an English teacher at the local school. And the great thing is, the parents of a lot of my students were my friends when I was little.
Zac loves working as a journalist at home, because he can play with Max. Max has grown into a smiling two-year-old. I have to say, if it weren't for his chestnut hair, he'd look exactly like his Daddy.
When Zac's sister Ellen was visiting us just after Max was born, she fell in love with Jacques. They were married only a year after that and have now moved in with us. They have a little son named Dominic. We love having more people in the house; it felt empty without them. To surprise Jacques for his birthday, Ellen and me went to the animal shelter and got a siamese cat named Raja. It was Jacques's idea to renovate the farm; he's an architect. Ellen works part-time as a librarian for the school.

It seems like just yesterday Thibault and I were bringing home Marta. All of a sudden Marta is almost three years old and Tatiana is part of our family. She is absolutly beautiful and looks a lot like her sister although their coloring is very different. Tatiana's bright red hair is a big source of joy to Thibault's father Tim, who has always said redheards are the smartest, no personal bias of course ;)! She has already been visited by her many cousins uncles and aunts on both sides of the family. My brothers, Don, Nico, Angelos and Petros have already begun to speak Greek to her (as they did for Marta) which they claim is to balance out the obviously Irish portion of the girls' heritage.
Marta was moved to a downstairs bedroom so tatiana could have the nursery off of our master bedroom. Marta loves her new room and has no qualms about moving, especially since she got to paint her new room periwinkle, by far her favorite color. We repainted the nursery pale blue, green and purple because we didn't want to find out Tatiana's gender. We think the change from pink to the softer colors has actually been a great improvement as Tatiana has not cried nearly as much as Marta did.

Marten and I were elated to announce Jasper’s birth. Born at 3:01am in Amsterdam, Jasper is a striking mix of both of us. He has inherited my emerald green eyes and his father’s light brown hair, which is currently coming out curly!
Although Marten’s mother, Margriet, has been a great babysitter, we thought it were vital for us to constantly be with Jasper throughout his early development. In order to do this, the first step we took was to adjust our jobs to make room for quality time. As a graphic designer with a Dutch women’s magazine, I successfully claimed my maternity leave. Marten, on the other hand, tried to condense his hours at his office, but was forced to resign and start work from home, which has been nonetheless successful. We still find ourselves busy, but not in the way that we were previously.
Our next step was to find a bigger house. We both knew that Jasper would be joined by siblings eventually and that my friends and family in Adelaide would want to visit, so in order to accommodate for this we moved to a larger house just outside of Amsterdam. Having spent over two years in a cramped apartment in inner-city Amsterdam, this came as an incredible change for us, as we were oblivious to such wonders like a backyard for the whole time we were there. We now have a nice backyard, reminiscent of my childhood yard in Adelaide and Jasper enjoys having a romp around in the sandpit on a nice sunny day every now and then.
On top of this, I missed having a dog around, having been brought up surrounded by animals, so Marten gave me Gus, a West Highland Terrier for a birthday present. Named after King Carl Gustav of Sweden, Gus has been an absolute pleasure even though it took him a while to get used to Jasper. Our big backyard has been serving its purpose and everything has fallen into place!

Of the two, Euan seems to be more outgoing and adventurous. He's not afraid to try anything (and that includes trying to climb into the oven. Luckily, we caught him before he even opened the door!). Rocco can be shy, but whatever his brother does, he'll do also. He is also very funny and loves to laugh.
We're finally on our way to evening the score in the house! We just welcomed an adorable little girl, Tegan Meredith. She was 21 inches long and weighed a little over nine pounds when she was born, and she was a full week early! She's got blue eyes (of course) and chestnut hair. Neither Luca nor I know where that came from, since no one on either side of the family has chestnut hair. Still, we think she's absolutely beautiful and we love her tremendously, and the twins are quickly taking to her as well.
Luca's younger brother Dante has come to live with us while he attends college in the area. It would be nice having some extra help around the house, but seeing as how he's only twenty, he's not actually in the house a lot of the time. But he's a good kid and a good student, so I think we'll enjoy having him here.

Dear Family and Friends,
On August 27th, we welcome a new son Tamsin Miles! He has green eyes and auuern hair and weighed 8 lb 2 oz and was 18.9 inches long at birth. We are so excited about our little boy! James was very happy when he found out that we were expecting a son and is already planning what college he's going to go to when he growns us and all the things he wants to teach him! Compared to the twins birth Tamsin's was a breeze and my mum was able to be there which was really nice. Tamsin is now three months old and his sisters are a bit jealous at first but seem now to love him quite a bit. It's so darling to see the way they kiss him and try to play with him. :)
Last month James's sister Maire seperated from her fiance and also lost her job as a nurse. She has come to live with us for a bit while she gets back on her feet again. It's been nice having her cheerfulness around, she's great with the girls who love their auntie and two weeks ago the three of them rescued a kitten and nursed it back to health. We decided to keep her and named her Tikva which means 'hope' in Hebrew. Our house is full but we are all happy as we head into this Christmas season! :)

Ryan and I could not have been more thrilled to hear that we were going to have another daughter! though i knew deep down Ryan wanted a boy, he was still very happy.
we named our baby girl Taylor Michelle. she is a very energetic girl and she loves to play with her older sisters. Kayla, Alex, and Jamie all love her and always like to hold and play with her.
also, my younger sister Jill moved in with us after the baby was born. she just moved out to the west coast and she is going to be staying with us for a little bit until she finds a place. she has really been a help also and Ryan and i have been able to get a few nights out to outselves since she stays home with the girls sometimes.
we have also got a new pet. we adopted a puppy from the shelter. she is a 3 month old golden retriever named Raja and the girls love her.

Greetings! It's been a while- 2 years has gone by, and we just had another baby girl! I was relived to find out I was only having one baby, since 5 babies at once is a lot! She is a perfect little green-eyed, chestnut-haired baby!
We wanted to keep the same tradition as her siblings with a President’s name and a French name, and to also honor Lucy’s best friend Thelma Marie, who was also Lucy’s midwife, by giving her the same initials as Thelma. We named our little green-eyed girl Taylor Monique. (Taylor is also the name of Ulysses’ sister who passed away last year, and he wanted to honor her.)
We have more news too! Lucy’s sister, Zoe Estelle, has decided to come stay with us for a while, since she is going to college close to here. We decided to let her live rent free while in school, in exchange for helping out with the kids. She has been a great help, and the kids love her! Zoe is majoring in Child Development, so staying with us has been a huge help to her as well.
The kids decided that our dog needed a new friend, so we all went to the animal shelter to pick out a kitty for the dog to have around. They picked a cute and shy little cat, and named her Esperanza, which is Spanish for Hope. They have been getting along great, although she was a little scared of the dog at first!

Ryo is now two years old and looks more like his dad every day, except for his green eyes. He's also developing his own personality, he's not afraid of anything and loves to laugh.
Ryo is has now become a big brother of two gorgeous girls! They have the same eyes as his :) They were just like Ryo pretty small at birth and I didn't make it to nine months of pregnacy. Naming them was pretty difficult again since Taro wanted Japanese first names again, but for girls I really didn't think it was a good idea. He gave in if we used his mothers initials for both the girls and gave them Japanese mns. I agreed with that because I got the pick the exact names (which he could veto, and did that the first five combos I came up with!). Finally we agreed on Tess Mariko and Tamsin Midori (after Tessie, Tessa, Taimi, Trinity and Tamar had been vetoed), I plan on calling Tess by Tessie, eventhough Taro doesn't like it much, he thinks it doesn't age well.
We've found a chicken stuck in our fence with her head.
