ok, here goes...
Louise is the feminine form of Louis, which is the French form of Ludwig which means "famous warrior". while Maeve means "intoxicating" in Irish legend it was also the name of warrior queen Connacht. so a stretch? yes, very much so. but it is related. :)

I would assume it was a typo for Jedidiah, since she used an obviously male middle name. I would have corrected the typo and left it, or at least clarified with sarah lee before changing it, but that's just me.
