Antonio and Elisa are having their first baby. They tried and tried, and are finally pregnant. She wants to use something biblical, and he wants to use something Italian [he is 100%, she is some, but not as much]. He wants to honor his recently passed mother, Rosella Angeline. They both agree on keeping the initials, R.A. for their baby girl, but using an Italian first name and a Biblical middle name.

Heidi and Richard are expecting their first child. To their surprise, it's twins! One boy and one girl. They want to have names that start with the same letter, except they don't know which one. They want the first name to be German, because Heidi is much into honoring her German heritage. They also want middle names with only one or two syllables.

Jeremiah and Danielle are excited for their first child, a boy. While they are pregnant, Jeremiah's sister, Meira, and her husband, Ethan, are killed in a car crash, leaving them to take care of their four year old, Jessica "Jessie" Rose. They strongly dislike the name Jessica, as they are into more modern names. She still wants to keep the nickname Jessie, and the middle name Meira, or something like it, to honor Jessie's mother. For their baby, they want a first name that is something more modern, and hasn't appeared until the 2000's. The middle name will be Jewish.

Akira is Japanese, and wants her babies to have a Japanese name. Jake disagrees, saying it is ousting his heritage, and wants to use some more common names. Their names are Khariton Ermolai and Evgeny Maksimilian, and they are 4 and 3. They decide that to make their names easier to pronounce, they will keep the initials, KE and EM, but change the names. They want their new names to be something not on any popularity charts, but something English. They want their middle names to be something very traditional.
