As for the couple... what do you think that their next child should be? If you think that their family is complete than say complete. If you think that they should have more kids, specify DS, DD or multiples. If you say multiples tell how many and the genders in the order that they are born. I'd say a few more girls and they're good! Maybe 2. Not twins, just DD, DD.
