Brenden and Ephraim were going to adopt twins, when the adoption fell through. They were disappointed and decided to take some time to focus on themselves and Renae. A couple years later, they were able to adopt Zoe. Renae was 7 and they had forgotten how hard it is to take care of a new baby! They aren't sure they going to adopt more kids after this. They love Zoe and Renae very much and like to brag a little about Renae's winning the science fair at school.
Adeline and Sara-Celia decided to have children. They found a donor to help with the process. Originally Sara-Celia was going to be the one to have babies, but after she had a very difficult pregnancy, Adeline had the next baby. They have different taste in names, but both of them like long names with nicknames. Sara-Celia is more traditional and named Florence. Adeline wanted to name a baby "Heavenly" in part to honor Sara-Celia, but she was against it. They compromised with the name Emiliana.
LL won some awards for his music producing. Lexi catered a big celebrity wedding for a football player and one of LL's pop-star clients. Katie teased Lexi about having more kids, but she and LL are done and don't want more children. Katie gave up book-keeping and now sells her crochet on -line. Brian starts dental school in the fall. He wants to take over his father's practice eventually. Ava is going to school to be a lawyer and catalogue modeling on the side.
