Are you okay with getting a child that does not fit one of these specifications if no applicable children are available? No
Are you okay with getting a child that does not speak English? Yes. Any Filipino languages, absolutely. Indonesian and Malay is also fine too. (Datu and Luz have a conversational level of Indonesian and Malay since they both worked in Indonesia and Malaysia for a few years each.)
Are you okay with adopting siblings? Yes, if there's only one or two other siblings.
Are you okay with adopting pregnant teens? No.
Are you okay with adopting a child with a disability? Yes, if reasonably low maintenance.
