Mayor Paul John Carmignac 47, originally from Meridian, Idaho, he moved to Twin Falls and has lived most of his life there. He has a wife who runs a small business, a Flower shop, named Marian Louise Prescott-Carmignac, and they have a 17 year old daughter named Lucinda Mary Carmignac who goes by Lucy, who works at a local fast food joint and a 14 year old son named John Sebastian Carmignac.
