In 1995, the WMO decided to retire the names Francine, Ira, Kelvin, Lucy, Milton, Naomi, Oren, Pam, Ricardo, Sara, Terrence, Vanessa, Winston, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Epsilon, Zeta, Theta, and Omicron. Due to Greek rules, they are gonna be used later on. They were replaced with Faith, Inigo, Kareem, Lillian, Mason, Nikita, Omari, Phyllis, Ronaldo, Shannon, Travis, Vesta, and Willard for the 2000 season, respectively.
