The first prompt puts me in mind of the frontman of Paul Revere and the Raiders, whose full given name was in fact Paul Revere Dick. I don't know how that man made it through his childhood! (And, for another even less interesting bit of music trivia, I've chosen 'Beverley' (in Yorkshire) as my 'where' name after Bev Bevan, the drummer of The Move and Electric Light Orchestra, whose given name is 'Beverley'.)
