Proud parents Borgan Carter and Emelia Elise are pleased to purchase more pink bows as they welcome twin daughters! Big sister Lilian Simone is joyful to have not only one baby, but two to play with. Christa-Belle Annelie and Grace-Lynn are strong and healthy and just plain wonderful!
