Although Alathia was raised agnostic, she has been exploring and learning more about Hinduism. Priya, Alathia's girlfriend, is a practicing Hindu and has helped expose her to many aspects of the religion she did not previously know about or understand.

Alathia and Priya decide to have a baby together! Priya doesn't have the desire to carry a pregnancy, so Alathia is the gestational mother to their child, who will arrive next year.
YEAR 23
Alathia and Priya welcome a daughter, Ariella Sunita Narang Paris! After Ariella's birth, Alathia starts an herb garden in her windowsill.
YEAR 24
Alathia cuts her very long hair from lower back-length to shoulder-length. Now, Alathia's hair is much healthier and out of her face.
YEAR 25
Alathia and Priya get engaged! Priya's thoughtfully planned proposal goes a little awry, but ends up as a perfect demonstration of her and Alathia's relationship.
YEAR 26
A serious hurricane forces Alathia and her family to evacuate their homes for 24 hours. Luckily, their houses remain in good condition, but devestatingly the same cannot be said about homes in other nearby neighborhoods.
YEAR 27
Alathia and Priya bring a second little one into their family! Ariella's little brother is named Cassidy Dheera Narang Paris.
YEAR 28
Alathia quits her job and begins working at a small local business where she builds and finishes high quality wooden furniture.
YEAR 29
Alathia's brother Leander moves in with her little family for a few months after graduating college until he can find a more permanent living situation for himself.

YEAR 21 Ender and Gareth have talked about whether they each want kids, but are in no way near the point in their relationship, careers, or lives to want them yet. Ender gets in a big fight his little brother Justus, who has just started college nearby. He’s partying too much, has nearly run-in with the cops a couple of because of it, and Ender is afraid he is becoming alcoholic. Justus doesn’t want to listen to Ender’s advice “for the millionth time” to focus more on school and make some healthier friends, and so Justus stops speaking to Ender.
YEAR 22 Ender’s aged pet rabbit Merlin passed away over the winter. He decides to get another pet and adopts a young Russian Blue cat who was the last of his litter left at the rescue center. Keeping with the Arthurian name trend that seems to have found him (with Merlin and Gareth), he names the new kitty Newt is loving and not a picky eater (he’s been known to like toast and the occasional gravel). He’s not the best hunter, but is a good climber, frequently sitting on top of the fridge. Newt only drinks from the opposite side of the water bowl, resulting in a wet chin, loves knocking things off shelves, and never buries his poop, ever. Ender is once again enchanted. Ender receives a letter from a certain clever and annoyingly-almost-flirtatious-yet still-somehow-very-professional co-worker he was pretty sure he didn’t actually sleep with at their recent out of town work conference (he’s taken an office job to pay the bills while he keeps making art) – conferences, am I right? – telling him that she’s pregnant and she’s 99% sure it’s his. She would like to keep the baby and is asking if he wants to be involved in his child’s life.
