Cat - (1 yr, Siamese, playful kleptomaniac that swipes keys)
Current location: Ohio
How many children would you like to adopt (max.4)?
One or two
What location would you like to adopt from?
USA foster care
Preferred gender: either
Preferred age range: Younger than 7
Continent/country you'd like to adopt from:
USA foster care
Are you okay with adopting siblings?
Yes but no more than 2.
Are you okay with adopting pregnant teens?
No.
Are you okay with adopting a child with a disability?
Since there are other children in the home, this family would not be a good fit for a child with emotional disabilities that require them to be the only children in the home. Mild to moderate physical disabilities should be fine.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Blackwell! Thank you for your detailed application. We have found a five year old girl for you named Mercy Nevaeh. Mercy was born partially blind due to her mother’s drug use during pregnancy. She is a very imaginative young girl who loves to listen to stories and jump on trampolines.
We hope she fits you well!

Thank you! Mercy Nevaeh was a delightful addition to the Blackwell family. The first month was definitely an adjustment period with Mercy going through some grief due to the many changes she has experienced in her young life, but she is now happy in her new home. Gwendolyn and Mercy have become best friends and love making up stories together and jumping on the trampoline.
