Jay and Freya met on a blind date year and half ago. Their first encounter was rather humorous as they literally bumped into each other on the sidewalk while heading for the date. They have recently moved in together. Jay is a paramedic who in his free time plays drumms in a garage band he and his friends formed several years ago. Freya works as a waitress at her parents restaurant, hoping she will become a writer one day, working on her first novel in her free time.
