Just a little note... Maiden names are not used as middle names in Nordic countries (I believe this is only an Anglo-American tradition: please correct me if I'm wrong!). In fact, you are not legally allowed to use a surname as a given name, at least in my home country (Finland). But I understand of course that this is only a game and not everything has to correlate with naming traditions and laws in real life. Ah, I didn't know that. We can just pretend that they're second or third generation and adopted some new naming traditions in the US/UK, hahaha. It's hard to stay on top of every different naming tradition, but I love to use diverse names from different backgrounds, so thank you for being patient and understanding :)

We can't use maiden names as regular middle names in Denmark either, nor just middle names in general if honoring in some ways or other, middle names are to be in the first names category only and never in the last names category.
