Year 1

Ingvar is a Norwegian by birth and Célestine is very French, but despite these differences they meet in China and after a 2 month courtship they are married. Soon, they begin learning each others languages and adjusting to each others way of life. They realized they would never have a relationship like that again and marriage was their only option. Célestine becomes Madame Aaberg, and loves rebelling against her strict mothers rule for her. She is now 27 and has never felt as free in her life. They decide to settle in China for as long as necessary as intelligent and educated as they are, they would make money anywhere and they love living in China.
Célestine cheats on Ingvar with a man she knows at work, and it causes some problems in their relationship, but they get over it and are almost as happy as they were before. Ingvar is more upset with the man she cheated on him with them his beautiful, spoiled, intelligent French wife. He happens to be a janitor twenty years older then her named Ying.
Year 2

Ingvar has long since forgiven Célestine, and they have been strong since then. They have been looking to welcome their first child son, and Ingvar and Célestine have been learning much more Chinese required for her job despite the hospital she works at being mostly English speaking. This year, after Ingvar's father dies, they have got nearly a billion USD and they look forward to investing it.
Year 3

Ingvar gets the flu after realizing he forgot to get vaccinated, and Célestine stays in a hotel for a week as she is afraid of getting sick. This year, they have been very happy and content, though they have had no luck with having a child. They are almost proficient in Chinese and very used to life in Beijing. Célestine begins wearing Chinese clothes and they consider becoming full time Chinese citizens. Ingvar knows his wife will always be a Frenchwoman and that is a lot of what made him love her in the first place. He loved her darker skin and her country girl look. She was fussy sometimes, but only in a way that was cute and she knew what she wanted.

Célestine discovers a talent at modeling, after being scouted due to her unique appearance, and gets payed to participate in photo sheets. They have not yet welcomed a child but are looking forward to becoming parents as she remembers her interesting childhood.

They welcome their first child after 5 years of marriage, Océane Kjellfrid! Her mother chose her first name and her father chose her middle name, after his mother. She looks just like her father, with her mothers skin color and size. They are very happy after the birth of their daughter, though Célestine misses working after Océane is born. They had to take a break on the modelling, and she had to take a lot of time of from work because she had a awful pregnancy. Luckily, both Ingvar and Célestine made a sufficient amount of money and they temporarily agree to have only one child.

They welcome twins after deciding not to have any more children! They are their miracle babies, and they are so happy. They agree to let Célestine choose the middle names as she hopes her children can be as French as possible for being half French and growing up in China. Océane is not able to say her sister's name so they shorten it to Ellie but she loves saying Siméon, because she likes the way it sounds. She is loving growing up in Asia, and talking a lot for a child her age. She also says she wants to be a doctor because that is what mommy is.
