2) His/Her first name starts and ends in a vowel. Her/His middle name is a nickname or pet form of another name. The surname is an occupational name (in any language).
3) His/Her first name comes from rank 1-50 of the Dutch popularity chart (https://www.behindthename.com/top/lists/netherlands/2018). His/Her surname comes from rank 50-150. The surname starts with Van-.
4) First name is your choice. She/He shares his/her middle name with a member of the existing family (can be someone's FN or MN). Surname starts with De-
5) There's an X in her/his first name and a Q in his/her middle name. The surname has a Z in it.
6) Her/his first and middle name are anagrams of each other (https://www.behindthename.com/anagram/). The surname is your choice.
