Alla is a 4 month old baby from Russia who was put into care after the mother realised she had special needs. It hasn't been confirmed but we think Alla may have Insomnia, it takes at least an hour to get her settled and she wakes up several times in the night. It may just be nothing but we needed to make sure you were prepared. Alla's mother doesn't wish to see her at all as she has other children. Alla loves cuddles and kisses.
