Irish actor, Eddie Sangster marries English nursery assistant, Emmeline Ellery; after discovering they were expecting their first child, a baby girl. Despite Emmeline's parents reservations at their young daughter marrying a 'stranger from Ireland' they were eventually won around with firm reassurances from their future son-in-law and his family. Eddie has straight, auburn hair and blue eyes; Emmeline has curly, brown hair and blue eyes.
Three months into their marriage, baby Mabel Winifred Sangster was born - she has curly, brown hair and hazel eyes. The two families were cooed over the new grandchild; the Ellery grandparents catching the first possible flight to Ireland upon hearing their daughter had gone into labour.

Even if it did mean her menagerie would grow to two extra big kids once in a while.

Within days of bringing baby Florence home it was clear Juniper and Florence would be inseparable.
