The correct answer was B. Imogen. The lowest it has ranked in England/Wales since 1996 is #94, and the only other countries the name has ranked in are Australia, New Zealand, and Scotland.
Fatima has ranked in the Top 1000 in the U.S. since 1973 as well as the Top 300 in England/Wales since 1996 (but never the Top 100).
Olive was in the Top 100 in the U.S. from 1880 to 1903 and stayed in the Top 1000 until 1950. It made a comeback in 2007 and has since risen to #255. Olive has only ranked in the Top 500 in England/Wales since 2008 (within the past 20 years, at least).
Primrose has never been in the U.S. Top 1000, but has also only ranked in the England/Wales Top 500 for the last 3 years.
