The correct answer is B. Mateo, which is the Spanish and Croatian form of Matthew.
In the U.S., Mateo has charted in the Top 1000 since 1995 and has been in the Top 100 since 2015. It trended up to #42 by 2017. Mateo ranked #6-#17 in Chile in 2012-2014, as well as #18 in Croatia in 2009.
Javier (#230 in 2017) & Simon (#263 in 2017) have never been in the Top 100 in the U.S., while Oscar (#192 in 2017) hasn't been since 1925. These three names weren't in the Croatian Top 100, either. However, Javier, Simon and Oscar all ranked in the Top 100 for Chile in 2012-2014.
