Bridget has finally found a father figure for Nate in Mr. Marcus McLeod. Marcus is proving to Bridget to be a wonderful husband and stepdad, and he’s formed a strong bond with his stepson. In fact, their favorite thing to do together is play one-on-one basketball.

Max and Aisling are married now, and they have two-year-old boy/girl twins. Jasper and Daphne are very different from each other. Jasper is the quiet one who likes to watch preschool shows on TV, and Daphne is the loud-mouthed smartass and frequently has to be put in time-out because of her antics. When they get angry with the twins, Max scolds them in English, while Aisling does it in Irish Gaelic.
