Amanda has fallen in love! She and Kade Johnson, a doctor, met shortly after Hermione was born and have been dating for a few years. While Kade has no children of his own, he loves Amanda’s two girls. After a lot of thought, Amanda and Kade decided to try for a child of their own. It took a while, but Amanda is finally pregnant once more! To their surprise, it’s twin boys. They have taken this in stride, and have chosen to honor family with the boys’ middle names: James for Kade, and Gustav for Amanda’s father, Otto. Amity and Hermione, both in school, can’t wait to meet their baby brothers. Amity is taking after her mother in many ways, being very maternal with her little sister. Hermione, on the other hand, reminds Amanda very much of Faye, with her rebellious spirit.

Mari’s family has kept growing! After Mercy and Ivor, Mari and Lionel had three more children. Currently, their family stands as: four-year-old twins Rosanna & Susanna, one-year-old Flora, and new babies Christa and Simon. Talk about a big family! With eight kids, Mari is pretty sure she’s done with having kids. Actually, Christa and Simon were complete surprises; she was expecting to stop after Flora. Adding to that, Lionel has officially adopted Ronald, making them all one big family. Mari couldn’t be happier, though she left her job to take care of her kids. Ronald loves school, especially his science classes. Mercy and Ivor have turned out to be incredibly different from their older brother; Mercy is a little actress, and Ivor loves sports.

Faye and Nicholas have gotten married! Nicholas also adopted Rhya, making her his daughter legally. The little family is very happy: Rhya, Eden, and Stella get along very well. But, surprisingly, Faye has gotten pregnant! She’s having a baby girl, who she and Nicholas have decided to name Calliope. However, Faye is having a hard time, as she’s about to take a huge step. For the last few years, she’s been working in the art world, sculpting. She’s been considering taking a teaching position at an art college. However, she’s not sure if she can take it with a new baby. She wants the job, but she also wants the baby. It’s going to be a tough few months...
