Family Name: Robinson
M: Celeste Acacia Robinson
F: Dimitri Arden Robinson
Oldest: Allegra May Robinson
Middle: Annabel Jane Robinson
Youngest: Cara Ivy Robinson
Allegra is bored with her job as a nutrition journalist who covers the latest health fads and diet pills. She dreams of reporting serious topics, and is working on a breakout podcast to combat the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Since separating from Keith, she's become obsessed with working, her podcast, and exercising as a way to come to terms with the fact that she may never have kids.
Annabel signed divorce papers at the request of her husband, John, when he got his mistress for over three months (1/4 of the time they'd been married) pregnant, even though Annabel'd have been willing to work things out. She used to love her job as a middle school librarian and never saw the point of developing a career; knowing she'd give it up to be a mother. Although she still craves motherhood, she is starting to want to quit her job to go back to school and get a degree in law.
Cara started at Juilliard when she was 16, and graduated with a Master in Visual Arts so she could be a ballerina, to her mother's dismay who insisted that Cara could do so much more. Less than six months ago, Cara fractured her ankle without realizing it and it never healed properly, which caused problems in her dancing. She was let go from the ballet company she was working for and has had to come to terms with the fact that at 23, her career was over. Since she has no talent in any kind of actual art (drawing, painting, sculpting), she has been struggling to find work, taking odd jobs like babysitting, mowing lawns, shoveling driveways, etc. She is not sure that she ever wants to do typical things like find a steady career, get married, or have children, instead considering a nomadic life allowing her to constantly seek out thrilling adventures.
"She dances to the songs in her head, speaks to the rhythm of her heart, and loves from the depth of her soul." - Dean Jackson
