In order to settle a generation-spanning feud with Cytel, Emilis decided to marry his daughter off to Cytel's heir, prince Artemiy. Suraya wasn't too happy with her father choosing her spouse, but she's warming up to prince Artemiy, who doesn't seem to like arranged marriages either. Well, they say nothing unites like a common enemy.
While the heir of Tyran, Ilyas, is still busy looking for his spouse (the oracle that gave his father such a clear answer hasn't done the same for him), his younger brother Ignas has already married and had a child. He's very happy with his Roza, although his parents and the public were bit sceptic of her at first. It's unusual for a member of the royal family to marry a civilian, but Ignas' grandmother Sofiya immediately took a liking to her (Mirza was named partially in her honour). The rest of the country is warming up to her, too, as she's proven herself a devout mother to their daughter Mirza.
