A lot has happened in the land of Castovia over the last fifteen years, including the royal weddings of Alex and Emma’s first- and second-born sons, and the birth of their first grandchild! All the boys have ventured on their own, as Prince Theo has just turned eighteen, but Princess Kate is still living with her parents. She thoroughly enjoys being the only one left in the nest, because she now gets all the attention and she doesn’t have to deal with her brothers’ little annoyances anymore.
Prince James, the heir to the throne, was the first to get married. His new wife, the new Princess Lily, was introduced to him by a friend of his, and they had a blind first date at a fancy French restaurant. Prince James and Princess Lily struck up quite the conversation during that date, and they decided to start seeing each other regularly. Prince James proposed six months in, during a cruise on the English Channel, and they had their wedding at King Alex II’s palace.
Not only is Prince James now a husband, but he’s also a father; Princess Lily has given birth to a baby girl, Princess Aurora Christina Marie Morgan. Like all of Emma’s pregnancies, this one was highly publicized, and the entire populace was on their toes during Princess Lily’s labor process. Princess Aurora, named after Princess Lily’s favorite Disney princess, is as sweet as they come, and very easy to handle. She rarely cries, and she usually sleeps through the night.
The second prince to get married was Prince Felix to a commoner he met while on vacation in Sicily. King Alex II had wanted his son to marry locally, but he was nonetheless pleased to meet Prince Felix’s bride, the new Princess Giulia Carlotta Evangelina Rossi. The prince and princess are now happily married, living together in Castovia.
