The Milne family has continued to grow over the past five years!
Levi and Dani have continued to take in foster children, and they've adopted two other children through their efforts--five year old Aspen, who came to them at the age of two and a half, and four-year-old Rowan, who was born to a very young mother whose family couldn't handle the emotional toll it would take to raise him. Six year old Samuel is in first grade this year, and is so excited to be going to school! He knows that Levi finished "school" last year, and his goal in life is to be just like Levi. Aspen has had some emotional difficulties and has some attachment issues, but is receiving therapy to help deal with them. Rowan is a happy little guy who makes friends wherever he goes. Levi and Dani have two more children, who are biological--three year old Kira and fourteen month old Hazel. The girls are quiet, most of the time, and they enjoy watching all the activity around the house. Dani hasn't given up on her dream of becoming a psychiatrist, but is content with where she is at in life right now.
Brennan married Molly Smith six months ago. Brennan is a second lieutenant in the Air Force, and he's currently stationed in California. Molly is a music teacher for a private school, and she teaches piano lessons on the side.
Carly married Ethan Hewlett three years ago, just after the two of them graduated from college. They both studied biochemistry--Carly found a job at a small firm studying cures for autism. Ethan works for a large biotech research company with varied interests. Their daughter, Sarah, was born fourteen months after their wedding, and their son Joshua was born eight weeks ago.
Zoe, now 23, attended an acting school for a few years before landing a job with a national theater company. She has enjoyed doing shows for them and is working her way (hopefully) to Broadway. She is too busy for relationships outside of acting at this point in time.
Naomi, 22, is a first year graduate student--she enrolled in a 3-and-3 program to get her bachelors and masters degrees before going on to veterinary school.
Patience, 21, recently married Elijah Sokolov. The two them met at a lacrosse tournament in college and have been pretty much inseparable since that time. Elijah graduated from college two years ago and found a job at an accounting firm last May. The two of them planned a wedding and were married several months later. Patience still has a few years of school to go, but isn't sure whether she'll stay in school or not.
