Eli is planning his wedding to his high-school sweetheart, Josie Hirsch. The family had moved to Roanoke, Virginia three years ago, where Eli and Josie met at his new school. They were dared to play 7 Minutes in Heaven at a party, after which Josie found out she was pregnant. Matt and Millie were livid when they learned their then-teenage son had gotten a girl pregnant, but Eli did everything he could to show them that he could be a good dad. Their daughter, Lexi, is two now and joined by her little brother Nate. Josie is also expecting a third child, a girl they're naming Kendall after Josie's best friend.
