When Becky gave birth to yet another girl, Teagan Nicole Lucas, two years ago, she and Preston were certain that all their kids would be girls, so they were pleasantly surprised when they found out Becky’s fourth child was a boy! That little boy was named Gunnar Seth Lucas, so named because Preston wanted a name that was “strong and masculine”, as well as it being a variant spelling of Kyle’s middle name. All three girls are excited to start teasing Gunnar for being the only boy, but they love him to death. In fact, Ashlynn and Macie can always be found watching Mommy and Daddy change his diapers and give him baths.
Kyle met his girlfriend, Norah Weston, when he got lost on the way to visit Preston and his family. Norah had been an employee at the random gas station Kyle stopped at for directions, and it was love at first sight! Of course, since Kyle was traveling, they’d have to deal with a long distance, but they made it work. Kyle and Norah now have a wonderful, smart three-year-old son named Desmond and are expecting another baby, a girl. Her name will be Iris, after Norah’s favorite flower.
Finley, like Preston, is planning her upcoming wedding to Warren James, who she’d been seeing for the past two years. Warren is a great partner, always treating Finley like a princess. They also have a toddler together, one-year-old Heidi, and she’s already a daddy’s girl. At night, Warren can be found reading Heidi bedtime stories and giving her a goodnight kiss before putting her to bed. The wedding is slated for after Heidi’s second birthday, so she can act as the flower girl.
Dallas and Mallory knew they wanted more than one child, so they tried for another baby as soon as they started their honeymoon. The result: another boy! Mallory gave birth to Jonas Brent Underwood at 37 weeks, and they were so thrilled that they tried for another…and ended up with their third son, Korbin Maximus, a year later. All three boys are very close to each other, just as brothers should be. They do get into fights sometimes, but the boys are good at resolving their own issues.
Brylee has also taken a husband, having just married Garrett Miles, whom she met online. Garrett has two daughters of his own, Hallie and Carlie, and they already love their new stepmom. Their baby half-brother, Israel, has just arrived, and they love to give him hugs and kisses, as well as pretend to have conversations with him.
Last year, Bryan and his girlfriend, Valerie Hopkins, were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend. Bryan hated the idea of a blind date, but that changed when he saw Valerie, with her beautiful face and hourglass figure, walk into the restaurant. They clicked right away and ended up having sex at Bryan’s place afterwards. Bryan and Valerie have just found out the sex of their unborn baby, a boy, and decided to name him Cory Trevor Lucas. They’re spending much of their free time preparing for his arrival.
