Congrats Round Three
This round it has been about a year since your son was born. Tell about his first year of life, what he likes, what he dislikes, when he learned to walk, crawl, etc.
Also, tell about your life and how your work has been going. Is it hard to manage two working parents with an infant?
Have fun!
here's the links to rounds one and two-

Jason and Caleb are turning 1 next week! We can't believe it! They are having their birthday party together at Gymboree! Jason is already trying to sing & dance! But of course, he can't help it! It's in his blood! Jason started talking at 5 months, just like I did & he recently started walking on his own! He loves playing with his cousin, going to Gymboree, going to his grandparents' houses, listening to music, watching tv, etc. He HATES the veggetable flavored baby foods, but LOVES real veggetables! That was bad for us before he had teeth, but great for us now because that baby food STINKS! :P Since Andrew & I own Stage Hogs, we can take turns working & whenever we do need a babysitter, my parents & his parents are WAY more than happy to keep him! LIfe is great right now!

W: Elise Matilda1. Brandon and myself just got married! It was great fun and I wore a big white wedding dress. My bridesmaids were in pink and lilac. It was a lovely sunny day and even sunnier when we got to Hawaii for the honeymoon. We stayed in a posh hotel for 2 weeks and just relaxed the whole time. We are currently living in London at the minute, it's really good. Very busy, but nice. I am a fashion advisor at Harrods (wooo!) and Brandon works as a solicitor. We hope to have a big family!2. We are expecting our first son! Brandon and I are so excited, I always wanted a big family, hopefully it will grow in no time. He will be called Max Harrison Luca, just because we liked the names and Harrison was also my maiden name. My parents are happy for us but Brandon's seem to think it's too early, he says they'll get over it and be happy soon. This will be both parents' third grandchild. My brother and sister, Juliana and Theo, both had girls, Jasmine Isabella (4) and Lily-May Theodora (7). Brandon's brother, Ben, has twins, Henry Jackson and George Jamison (3). The baby's bedroom is going to be baby blue with animal pictures in it. We already have a cot and all the accessories ready. Not many things to get now. I'm definately ready for the birth but I think Brandon's nervous.

Jude is now a year old...how time does fly! He is a very active little boy; he loves to run around the house and outside. He started crawling at about 9 months, started walking around 11 months old, and hasn't stopped since...he always seems to be on the move! He's talking quite a bit now and has been since about 10 1/2 months. His favorite toys to play with are his cars and trucks, and he loves ice cream. He's not too fond of thunder, although he likes to watch the rain fall. Jude is definitely a daddy's boy and looks a lot like Sam with dark blonde hair and brown/green eyes.Sam is still working as a news anchor and reporter at a local television station, and I am still teaching sixth grade. It hasn't been too hard managing work and family life, although we have our days when Jude doesn't like to stay in daycare. He is at a local daycare, and he will start preschool at the same facility in a couple of years. Overall, though, we've had a wonderful first year as parents. We couldn't be more blessed to have the most adorable little boy in the world as our son!Jennifer Nicole

DH: Bronson Hewitt Harven (28)DS: Derek Landon Harven (1)We've been lucky with baby Derek. Being a journalist, I've switched to freelance, and i've started writing a novel for young adults. This means that i'm able to work from home so I can be there for Derek 24/7. Bronson is now in the final year of his surgical internship so is working very long hours. It's hard on both Derek and I with him gone, we miss him. Once his internship is over he'll be able to work more regular hours and it'll get easier.Derek is almost walking now! He took his first steps around 10 months and, although he still crawls most the time, he's getting sturdier on his feet. He said his first word last week as well!!! Bronson had arrived home from a double shift at the hospital and little Derek was so happy to see him his chubby little arms went into the air to be picked up and an audible "Da Da" came out. Bronson couldn't believe it!

DS: William Anthony "Will"Little William looks very much like his father, his hair is black and curly, his eyes are deep royal blue his small face already carried the hint of strength and his chin had a stubborn set to it, no one could ever doubt that William is his father's son; even in mannerisms, though Matthew won't take credit for it, William is already curious, impatient, and bull-headed.
William, impatient and curious as he is, started crawling just a hair before he was five months old and started walking at nine months, I realized immediately that I was going to have to take measures to make sure he didn't wander off and hurt himself. As am the head-mistress (if that's the right term) at an orphanage I just bring William with me to work. All of the staff is as enamored with him as I am and I fear he will be hopelessly spoiled.
As I spend all day watching William, as well as doing my job, I am usually quite exhausted when I get home. While Matthew is always busy during the day he always taking over watching William when he gets home.
Recently Matthew and I have been talking about maybe quitting my job at the orphanage. While I love working there I'm not sure I can do the job justice with little William always getting into trouble.

DH: William Alexander "Wil" (26)
DW: Lydia Grace (23)
DS: William Alexander Jr. "Liam" (1)Liam is now a happy, healthy one year old baby. This past year has been a breeze. Wil is still working full time and I am still working part-time at the library, but its only three days a week so Liam stays with the neighbors then. Liam loves his blanket and playing in the bathtub. He's a real water baby. I've been thinking about signing us up for a mother-toddler swim group. Liam really doesn't like loud noises and he gets very upset during thunderstorms or when the smoke detector goes off because I burnt something. He learned to crawl at about 8 months and hasn't really walked on his own yet, though he's doing plenty of cruising around on the furniture.
