Barely two years after welcoming Constance into their family, Amanda and Joe adopted again. Their new daughter is nine months old and was born in Tijuana, Mexico. There is nothing known about the biological parents of the little girl as she was found on the steps of a local charity one morning wrapped in a warm blanket with a note asking to take care of the baby.
The girls initials are XA.
