Alison and Madeleine adopted a four year old girl from Rwanda. Their new daughter was born in Kigali, the capital of the country, and given up for adoption as her parents couldn't afford another child having already four older kids at home, hoping this would mean a better feature for their daughter. She is a lively four year old, loves to dance and is very social. She is fluent in Rwandan, but also knows a bit of English mainly the basic expressions.
As her first name was too complicated for English speaking world, Alison and Madeleine decided to give her a new first name. It is an unusual name not in the US top 500. They decided to keep her original name and move it into middle name spot (some inspirations: http://www.namesite.com/country/Rwanda or https://itriedtowarnyou.wordpress.com/2013/11/11/rwandan-baby-names/)
