Alex and Norah couldn't be happier to welcome little Elena into their family, and they are glad to say that she is doing quite well. She has picked up English incredibly quickly, but is happy that her parents can still communicate with her in her native language. She has just started 4th grade and is doing better than expected. Her teachers are concerned that she is having a hard time socially because she is so quiet, but she has made a good friend who is the daughter of Alex and Norah's friends and happens to be in her class, and enjoys having her over for play dates.
